Return Policy

At Sands, our goal is to help you find the perfect products for your skin!

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you received any damaged items. Please contact us at SandsAdvancedskincare@gmail.com and one of our representatives will be able to assist you with your replacement.

 

RETURNS

 

All products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of amount paid minus a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Number issued by Sands Representative at SandsAdvancedskincare@gmail.com. All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid on initial purchase are not eligible for refunds.

 

Sands Advanced Skincare does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through SandsAdvancedSkincare.com directly. Only items purchased on SandsAdvancedSkincare.com are eligible for return.

 

Returns will be processed within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Electronic correspondence will be sent to the main contact on the account when the return has been processed.
